About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our Client name withheld team in London. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, sales execution, and customer relationship management. This hybrid role comes with a competitive salary package of £70,000 OTE (£40,000 basic + commission), plus benefits including private medical/dental insurance, pension, and company events.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions, prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting, and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM (Salesforce).

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Global Account Manager/Senior Account Manager working with FTSE100, Fortune500, global banks/finance houses, and fluency in English (written and spoken). Fluency in French and/or German is desirable. Essential skills include customer-facing account management experience in a software licensing/subscription SaaS/technology business, building strong relationships with tech users, and deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is.
