Customer Journey Expert

We are Propeller, a leading digital agency delivering exceptional online experiences. We are seeking a skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients in the hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
In this role, you will work with us to develop and implement large-scale A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will be responsible for planning and executing CRO strategies, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating closely with our account management team to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing programmes to drive improvements in conversion rate and other KPIs
- Plan and implement CRO strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Collaborate closely with the account management team to deliver client solutions
- Compelling experience in ideating, executing, and analysing large-scale A/B & multivariate tests
- Ability to own test and learn programmes, including technical delivery of tests
- Solid experience in using CRO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Intuitive thinker who can work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, regular social events, and an annual budget for personal wellbeing and professional development.
