Customer Journey Analyst

We are seeking a Customer Journey Analyst to join our team and lead on end-to-end customer journey analysis and optimisation.
This is a great opportunity to work on cross-functional digital insight projects and take ownership of customer journey analysis and optimisation using GA4.
You will utilise your skills in digital analytics, SQL, and bigQuery to deep-dive into customer journeys across mobile, web, and app platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer behaviour and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data visualisations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
Requirements:
- Digital analytics experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar
- SQL or bigQuery experience
Benefits:
£42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
