About the Role

As a Senior Customer Journey Manager, you will be responsible for optimising customer journeys across all touchpoints to ensure seamless and memorable experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience projects that drive satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer experience principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience with customer experience management and listening tools. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, flexible working hours with the option for remote work, and professional development opportunities within a rapidly expanding company make this an exciting opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing customer experience projects that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and managing detailed customer journey maps for all brands, markets, and channels.
  • Using data and customer feedback to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.
