Customer Journey Analyst

As a Customer Insight Manager at Harnham, you will be responsible for providing in-depth insights into the customer journey. Your role will involve translating survey and complaint data into actionable insights to optimize customer experiences.
You will lead or commission research to provide valuable insights that help boost advocacy, loyalty, and overall experience. This includes analyzing Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data with both qualitative and quantitative methods for diverse customer segments.
Your expertise in leading Customer Experience (CX) initiatives is essential to drive strategic planning with data-driven insights. You will also define and measure customer perceptions consistently across all products and journeys.
We are looking for someone with proven experience mentoring and coaching teams. You should have strong insight generation and storytelling skills, with a focus on actionable insights and a strategic mindset.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on your location in London. This opportunity allows you to work 2 days a week onsite and enjoy a dynamic work environment.
