About the Role
In this role, you will lead the creative direction of CRM assets across onboarding, nurture, retention, and referral campaigns. You will work closely with the CRM squad (Senior CRM Manager, Executive and Copywriter) to create cohesive, impactful customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Mapping: Map customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- CRM Asset Development: Lead the creative direction of CRM assets, including email templates and campaigns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the CRM squad to ensure seamless customer journey execution.
- Analytics: Analyze customer journey data to inform future campaign strategies.
Your Benefits
- Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 FTE (pro-rated to reflect the number of hours worked)
- 33 Days of Paid Leave: Includes public holidays, plus discretionary additional time off between Christmas and New Year. This is pro-rated if you're part-time.
