Job Overview:

You'll lead the development of comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on retention and growth. With expertise in Braze automation, you'll build complex workflows that delight our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customer journey strategies across the entire lifecycle, from acquisition to loyal fandom
  • Create and optimize personalized experiences using Braze automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and enhance customer engagement
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis and optimization of campaigns

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience with proven retention achievements (preferably in retail/eCommerce)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Braze automation, with the ability to build complex workflows
  • A passion for diving deep into data to uncover insights and optimize customer experiences
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a direct, collaborative environment

What We Offer:
