Customer Journey Strategist

Job Description:
As a Customer Journey Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and market testing design ideas using various methods, including primary market research, design sprints/workshops, and Figma UI design.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a customer-centric approach to design and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design and build prototype UX/UIs in Figma for market testing and internal communication.
- Deputise on Product Owner responsibilities to ensure CJO projects are delivered with customer focus.
Requirements:
- Well-versed in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of web development (HTML5 and CSS3).
- Experience with user testing tools like UserZoom.
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.
- A/B and/or multivariate testing experience is highly desirable.
- Product management, marketing, and design theory expertise.
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is based in our UK office.
