AbleCloset is looking for an experienced Customer Journey Designer to help us enhance our customer and vets experience. As a key member of our Process Re-engineering team, you will contribute to the design and redesign of customer journeys and end-to-end processes across our UK and European entities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process design, with experience in working in Agile environments. They will be able to understand business models, processes and an entire value chain and to map them. The salary for this position is estimated at £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and analyzing business requirements for the Policy Management System that is being rolled out across Europe.
  • Participating in backlog refinement and sprint reviews as well as testing and documenting adapted processes.

This is a great opportunity to work with cross-functional teams including Customer Data and Innovation, Marketing, Operations, Projects, Actuary, Data Analytics and IT teams. Onsite in our Paddington office - flexible hybrid working. Contractor for 6 months.
