Job DescriptionThe Head of Digital Experience role is an exciting opportunity to transform the online and offline customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Digital product and Growth to maximise site conversion rate and lead the team that represents classic and new product in the most effective way.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a data-enabled vision for how our digital experience delivers to commercial needs.
- Map the critical journeys, define requirements to enhance them, and deliver an always-on A/B testing program to maximise commercial benefit.
- Collaborate with Digital product, data, and product teams to increase Average Order Value (AOV), acknowledging the differences in doing so between core regional markets.
- You have operated within the digital experience space and have a solid understanding of the breadth and depth of technology capabilities available to a Digital first retail business.
- This role will suit someone who is used to considering business needs before diving into their projects.
- Expert stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
