Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Berg Kaprow Lewis LLP. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our CRM Manager to design and implement customer journeys for lifecycle stages such as onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate and integrating CRM systems with other tools or platforms. You will also be proficient in data analysis and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality performance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop and implement customer journeys for various lifecycle stages.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and support backend development and configuration of Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Assist in managing, optimising and developing Dynamics-365, focusing on engagement and usage, data integrity, security, integration, automation and reporting.
