We are seeking a Customer Journey Optimisation Expert to help us transform our customer interactions into seamless experiences.

- Leverage your CRM system to improve customer segmentation and personalise campaigns to drive higher engagement and website traffic.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to best inform strategies and enhance outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in CRM roles within editorial or content-focused organisations.
- Hands-on experience migrating between email platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, including GDPR compliance, user experience (UX), and email deliverability.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
