About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our team at We Are Aspire Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising and managing the Dynamics 365 system, implementing automated workflows, configuring backend systems, and creating streamlined customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CRM Manager in tracking the sales pipeline, client experiences, and service quality levels.
  • Configuring and developing backend Dynamics365 systems, including tables, fields, and automated workflows.
  • Designing marketing campaigns and enhancing customer journeys, improving retention and conversion.
  • Ddelivering training, user support, and troubleshooting for Dynamics365.
  • Contributing to digital marketing projects and broader integration initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM, with hands-on expertise in Dynamics365 configuration and optimisation.
  • Proficient in creating automated workflows and integrating CRM with other tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with knowledge of PowerBI being an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proven track record of optimising customer journeys across lifecycle stages.

Benefits:
