Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We are Major Players, a leading B Corp™ consumer goods brand, seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to elevate our website's performance. This role is based in Chelsea, London, with a hybrid schedule that balances office work with remote Fridays.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven ecommerce expert to join our team and drive significant improvements in website conversion rates. As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to boost user engagement and sales performance.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analysis of website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to boost user engagement and sales performance.
- Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to enhance website features and layout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product pages and promotions.
- Analyse results from testing and customer behaviour data to inform decisions about website enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce roles, preferably within a DTC consumer goods brand.
- Proven track record of driving significant improvements in website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, CRO, and ecommerce best practices.
£55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards program.
