Sales Conversion Strategist

We focus on creating an unfair competitive advantage through testing, which allows us to definitively demonstrate and deliver ROI for our clients. Our team of specialists and generalists have skills spanning copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management.
We've delivered results for clients ranging from one-person lead generation sites to major brands like Facebook, Domino's Pizza, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Deliveroo.
Job PurposeTo support the team in establishing Conversion as the market leading experimentation agency, provide visibility and predictability to the pipeline, and drive an outbound lead generation strategy to deliver new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Support the company's outbound lead generation strategy to develop sales qualified leads (SQLs).
- Hunt down new prospects across multiple channels using engaging and customised messaging accordingly.
- Identify and research key contacts and accounts to firmly build the foundations for sales engagement, before diligently qualifying prospects and passing on SQLs to our Director of Business Development.
- Report on activity and projected outcomes, maintaining the CRM to provide visibility, and meeting or exceeding all quarterly and annual KPIs (including sales qualified leads).
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. As a result, attitude and performance is our priority. Ideally you'll have:
- 2+ years' of proven experience in a sales environment, with a successful track record of driving new sales opportunities. Agency experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, focusing on the ability to effectively interact with prospects.
- Proven ability to sell and overcome obstacles in the sales process - feeling comfortable handling objections and providing solutions.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
