Job Description

As a Sales Conversion Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify new prospects.
  • Building relationships with key contacts and accounts to facilitate sales engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity and progress in our CRM system.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual KPIs, including sales qualified leads.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' of experience in sales, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
