Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as a Business Growth Ambassador, driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop long-term strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to identify potential customers.
  • Nurturing relationships and further qualifying leads to set up product demonstration meetings for our Business Development Managers.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for potential customers to discuss their technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and scope for implementation.
  • Creating Requests for Information and completing tenders to secure new business opportunities.
