The Role

We're seeking an ambitious graduate to join our business development team as part of a rotational program. This role will provide you with diverse, hands-on experience across our core functions, including ambassadors, partnerships, and events.

  • Ambassadors Team:
    • Identify potential ambassadors and build relationships with them to promote our app and services.
    • Support ambassador managers in event planning, coordination, and management.
    • Optimize the ambassador program by creating engaging content, campaigns, and tools to enhance user experience.
  • Partnerships Team:
    • SUPPORT existing partnerships with race providers, brands, and registration platforms.
    • Develop new partnership opportunities with UK and international brands and race providers.
    • Contribute to team-wide projects, including event planning and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Events Team:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute Runna events, including logistics, venue management, and vendor coordination.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging event experiences and gather feedback from attendees.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who's passionate about running and building relationships. Our ideal candidate will have a strong academic record (1st or 2:1), be organized, and able to adapt quickly to new situations.
