Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Partnership Specialist to join our team at The Language Business.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national leisure-focused organizations to attract visitors and guests to their venues.
  2. Identify and create marketing opportunities to increase visitor numbers, including social media campaigns, apps, and newsletters.
  3. Develop partnerships with corporate bodies to increase the usage of transport solutions and purchase of packages and gift cards.
  4. Tailor packages for sale through third parties and via the online booking portal.
  5. Promote the sales of visitor vouchers to partners.
  6. Distribute marketing materials and seed campaign videos with partners.
  7. Attend tourism marketing events, trade shows, and seminars as required.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in another language is an advantage but not essential.
  2. Business development/sales/partnership sales background is preferred, although not essential.
  3. Understanding of how to sell luxury and a passion for fashion and brands are advantageous.
  4. Knowledge of working with countryside hotels and luxury hotels is an advantage.
  5. Ability to work in a field-based and mostly autonomous environment.
  6. Based in the Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire area.
  7. Ability to drive and have access to a car.
