We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Partnerships and Business Development Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive.

About Us

INEOS Automotive is a leading player in the 4X4 development and manufacturing industry. We have established strong partnerships with major automotive companies and have secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. Our flagship product, the Quartermaster double cab pick up, is currently in development.

Your Role

As an Automotive Partnerships and Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop and execute our partnership strategy. This will involve managing global partnerships, collaborating with regional teams to develop local level partnerships, and reporting on key performance indicators to INEOS Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of all INEOS Automotive partnerships and assets in collaboration with our Partnerships Specialist.
  • Grow our database by leveraging partnership assets and developing targeted engagement strategies to drive future sales.
  • Work with our social media and content teams to integrate a measurable social media strategy that aligns with our partnership goals.
  • Ensure alignment between INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders, setting clear objectives for both parties.
  • Identify new partnerships that align with our brand image, increasing awareness and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to choose affinity partners that share our values and interests, enhancing brand awareness and interest.
  • Develop the Grenadier's involvement in events and businesses across the wider INEOS Group.
  • Manage projects with tight deadlines, requiring flexibility and analytical skills.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in partnership development and business growth.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or similar engineering-led organisation (desirable).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and recommend strategic plans.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
