Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with key employers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our employer partners to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our model.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our reach and impact.
  • Manage and analyse engagement metrics to continuously improve our employer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management within a tech environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to represent our company and its mission.
  • Deep understanding of partnerships and account management, ideally in an early career or educational context.
  • Passion for our company's mission and values.
