Partnerships Manager Job Description

At INEOS Automotive, we're building a team of talented professionals to help us achieve our vision of creating innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. As a Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our partnership strategy, working closely with our marketing, PR, and commercial teams to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of INEOS Automotive's partnership offerings, working closely with the Partnerships Specialist to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Manage global partnerships, including the development of partnership assets and the creation of a database of engaged partners.
  • Work with the INEOS Automotive and wider INEOS teams to integrate a measurable social media strategy, leveraging partnership assets and developing a content calendar.
  • Ensure alignment between INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders, setting clear objectives and ensuring effective communication.
  • Take ownership of identifying partnerships that fit the brand, providing vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match the brand image, increase awareness, and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Regional teams to choose affinity partners that share our values and interests, increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead the development of the Grenadier's involvement with other events and businesses within the wider INEOS Group.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree level education preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience managing a partnership portfolio with global stakeholders and events, with a strong background in project management and budget management.
  • Excellent cultural awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of integrated marketing, with a proven track record of developing brand and marketing strategies and communicating recommendations to executive management.
