Partnerships Manager Job Description

At INEOS Automotive, we're building a team of talented professionals to help us achieve our vision of creating innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. As a Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our partnership strategy, working closely with our Head of Marketing, Head of PR, and wider Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of INEOS Automotive's partnership portfolio, working closely with our Partnerships Specialist.
  • Identify and leverage partnership assets to increase our database and develop a strategy to keep them engaged.
  • Work with our social and content team to integrate a measurable social media strategy related to our assets and partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment between INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders, setting clear objectives for both parties.
  • Take ownership of identifying partnerships that fit our brand image, increasing awareness, and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with Regional teams to choose affinity partners that share our values and interests, increasing brand awareness and interest.
  • Lead the development of the Grenadier's involvement with other events and businesses within the wider INEOS Group.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree level education preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience managing a partnership portfolio with global stakeholders and events.
  • Project management experience, working towards tight and flexible deadlines.
  • Budget management experience essential.
  • Great cultural awareness across different markets.
  • Analytical and data-oriented.
  • Knowledge and experience of integrated marketing is essential.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or similar engineering-led organisation is useful but not essential.
