Job Summary

The Partnerships Executive will support the Partnerships Team in delivering revenue targets through print and digital channels for an allocated portfolio of products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the content production lifecycle for print and digital activity - liaising with external partners and the internal design department to meet print promotion deadlines.
  • Ensure that all print promotions carry the right messaging, imagery and copy, working within guidelines from the Compliance team and Senior Partnerships Manager.
  • Manage operational changes in our print schedule to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain forward-looking plans with the Partnership team for all on and offline activity to ensure that print and digital space is secured.
  • Provide day to day professional, proactive and efficient service for our partners.
  • Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and to deadline, including in paper yields, call performance stats, page visits, click rates and leads.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Collaborative mindset, with confidence to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven experience in a target driven and fast paced environment.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise many tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Experienced user of excel/google sheets/gmail.
  • Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.
  • Team player, willing to pitch in where necessary to support the team.
