Partnerships Development Manager

Job Summary
The Partnerships Executive will support the Partnerships Team in delivering revenue targets through print and digital channels for an allocated portfolio of products.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the content production lifecycle for print and digital activity - liaising with external partners and the internal design department to meet print promotion deadlines.
- Ensure that all print promotions carry the right messaging, imagery and copy, working within guidelines from the Compliance team and Senior Partnerships Manager.
- Manage operational changes in our print schedule to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain forward-looking plans with the Partnership team for all on and offline activity to ensure that print and digital space is secured.
- Provide day to day professional, proactive and efficient service for our partners.
- Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and to deadline, including in paper yields, call performance stats, page visits, click rates and leads.
Required Skills and Experience
- Collaborative mindset, with confidence to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in a target driven and fast paced environment.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise many tasks.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Experienced user of excel/google sheets/gmail.
- Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.
- Team player, willing to pitch in where necessary to support the team.
