About the Role

Broadwick Entertainment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will involve driving commercial and project management support, while fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Commercial: Structure, negotiate, and close new partnership deals, driving partnership and business development strategies to increase revenue.
  • Account Management and Other: Support the Account Manager in delivering and managing brand partnerships across the Broadwick Live portfolio and external events/festivals, including sales admin and reporting for internal teams and external clients.
  • Team: Communicate training needs and actively participate in personal development, in line with the line manager's expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships.
  • Strong relationships and contacts within the industry.
  • Experience of delivering a sales budget, P&Ls.
  • Prior experience working in event brand partnerships from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule.
  • A fan of electronic music is an asset but not essential.
