At Forsyth Barnes, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Partnerships Development Manager to join our commercial team. This role will focus on managing key partner relationships, driving impactful brand activations, and ensuring partnership value for both the organisation and their partners.
Salary: £80,000 per annum
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned partnerships professional to lead our commercial efforts and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As Lead Partnerships Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing key partnerships, developing innovative activation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially-focused initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Key Partnerships: Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and effective collaboration.
- Drive Brand Activations: Oversee engaging brand activations across marketing channels, delivering memorable fan experiences.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on trends in the sports partnership landscape to keep their partnerships competitive.
- Lead with Impact: Represent the organisation with excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering cross-departmental teamwork.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop creative strategies and solutions that enhance partner value and organisation benefits.
- Long-Term Strategy: Contribute to the organisation's partnership growth by implementing sustainable, commercially-focused strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in partnership management or brand activation, ideally in sports or entertainment.
- Strong relationship management, team leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Creative, solutions-driven mindset with a record of successful partnership activations.
