Overview

Native, a fast-growing and innovative company, is seeking a dynamic Senior Partnership Development Manager to lead the acquisition and relationship management of strategic partnerships with Students' Unions (SU). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, foster strong relationships, and deliver exceptional value to our partners.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and analytical individual who can effectively manage long-term relationships with enterprise accounts. Your focus will be on aligning goals, delivering on key business outcomes, and promoting our strategic agenda through effective partnership management.

  1. Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enable deft management of relationships and identify opportunities and risks for the business.
  2. Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within SU accounts to support alignment on goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
  3. Commercial Ownership: Drive the generation of growth and value through multi-year contract and financial evaluation, working within Native's contracting framework, and establishing terms that enable mutual growth and increased student value.
  4. Success Planning: Develop customised account plans for each SU partner, outlining clear objectives, milestones, and KPIs to ensure mutual success and measurable outcomes.
  5. Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with business strategies and drive revenue growth.
  6. Contract Management & Renewal: Manage partnership agreements, renewals, renegotiations, and opportunity extensions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are achieved within Native's best practice framework.
  7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly review and assess partnership performance using key metrics, and provide actionable insights to both external partners and internal teams to optimise outcomes.

This role requires a minimum 5+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development, preferably with enterprise accounts. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
