Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Rewards Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing reward strategies that drive business results.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in rewards and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus
- Holidays: We offer a generous holiday package, including 25 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays
