Reward Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Reward Manager to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Reward Analysts and/or Reward Analysts looking to take on a leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's reward systems, ensuring that they align with our business objectives. This includes developing and implementing compensation strategies, as well as maintaining accurate records of employee data.

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues. You will also be responsible for communicating with employees and stakeholders to ensure that our reward systems are understood and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data
  • Communicate with employees and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus
  • Hybrid working 3 days a week in the London office
