We are a leading listed retail business looking for a talented Reward Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering reward strategies that drive business results.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reward professional to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing reward programs that motivate and engage our employees, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of reward initiatives
- Analyze data and market trends to inform reward program design and optimization
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in reward management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of reward best practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and project management skills
What We Offer

Working Environment
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week spent in the London office and flexible working arrangements to accommodate individual needs.
