We are a leading listed retail business looking for a talented Reward Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering reward strategies that drive business results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced reward professional to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing reward programs that motivate and engage our employees, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of reward initiatives
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform reward program design and optimization

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in reward management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of reward best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
