At Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner for Reward and Performance to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in reward and performance with your business acumen to drive growth and innovation.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for leading financial analysis, modelling, and process management on matters associated with colleague compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity. You will also manage the annual pay review, working closely with HR and Finance teams.

You will lead benchmarking analysis to help formulate views and provide recommendations on new and existing reward policies. Additionally, you will produce all audit and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, and a generous holiday package.
