Job Description:
Sage City is seeking a Global Reward Partner to lead our compensation strategy. In this role, you will own and refine compensation programs for business functions, leading compensation-related projects, advising senior leaders, and managing the full cycle of pay, bonus, and LTIP reviews. You will be a critical player in supporting Sage's compensation evolution, driving both business and employee value. This role will be 80% focused on business partnering and 20% on compensation/reward projects and initiatives.

About You:
We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence decisions and gain buy-in. You should have excellent and effective communication and presentation skills, as well as intermediate proficiency in Excel. Experience in a large global organization, managing compensation strategies across multiple countries, is also preferred.
