We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Partner to join our team at Sheridan Maine (Midlands). This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive business performance and influence strategic decision-making.
Job Description:- Drive Business Performance: Analyze financial data and develop recommendations to improve business performance.
- Provide Financial Insights: Offer strategic financial guidance to leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
- Lead Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial understanding and drive decision-making.
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business partnering roles
- The ability to provide strategic insights and communicate complex financial concepts effectively
- A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving
- Influence key business decisions and shape financial strategies
- Hybrid work pattern
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
