Reward Sales Performance Manager

The successful Reward Sales Performance Manager will be responsible for delivering the firm's Sales Incentives strategy into senior stakeholders of a 2000-strong sales force team.
This will involve gathering details of all commission schemes in play today and recommending changes to simplify and standardise. The successful candidate will also be responsible for quarterly target setting, taking direction from the CEO, and putting incentives in place to drive genuine performance.
We are offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus incredible benefits and hybrid ways of working. If you have experience working with financial metrics and are commercially focused, with good Excel skills and presentation abilities, we would like to hear from you.
