Sales Performance Manager

Auto Skills UK is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to thrive in a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will utilize their sales skills to drive results.

About the Role:

  • Manage customer sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain contact throughout the sales and pre-delivery process, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, consistently delivering high-quality test drive experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective time management and efficient processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • A full UK driving license is essential for this position.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to every customer, building strong relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual who is willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturdays 09:00-17:00, and Alternate Sundays 10:00-16:00.

Location: New Southgate

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their sales career to the next level.
