We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. In this exciting role, you will have access to a comprehensive onboarding program, regular career progression check-ins, and the opportunity to attend a top-tier sales training program.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and selling to potential prospects via proactive phone-based sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the world's leading technology companies on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, confident, articulate, and proactive salesperson looking to learn, grow, and advance in their sales careers. They should have a minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience, new business sales experience, and be comfortable with cold calling.
