Sales Excellence Manager

About the Role:
This is a high-performing business development opportunity where you will represent our company in a professional and ethical manner, generating new business leads by building relationships with corporate account management teams within leading banks. You will be responsible for managing and converting new business leads, as well as developing your own sales pipeline through networking and CRM database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing business relationships with corporate account management teams
- Generating new business leads through relationship building and networking
- Managing and converting new business leads
Requirements:
A proven track record in consultative sales roles, with a hunter mentality and strong relationship management skills.
You should have a background selling professional services or solutions, but this is not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
£45k basic salary, plus car allowance and uncapped commission (£95k realistic OTE in 1st year and £120k+ in 2nd year).
