Key Responsibilities

As a Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and improve sales efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of sales operations and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve sales objectives.

About the Role:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency.
  • Sales Technology Management: Manage sales technologies to enhance sales productivity.
  • Sales Reporting and Communication: Provide timely and accurate sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Tender Management: Coordinate tender submissions to secure new business opportunities.
  • Sales Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales compliance policies and procedures.

About Sales Operations:

Sales operations is about supporting frontline sales teams by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. This involves fulfilling both strategic and tactical functions to enable sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively.

The following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in Sales Operations, preferably in MedTech/Pharma.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., PPT, Excel, pivot tables).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven track records in project management (sales & marketing scope).
  • Excellent relationship building skills having developed and sustained meaningful professional relationships with relevant external and internal groups.
  • Experienced in change management.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
