Sales Growth Opportunity:

Headcount AG is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to spearhead growth within a designated region in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and manage expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales quotas for the assigned region.
  2. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
  3. Develop and execute strategies for introducing and selling advanced urology-focused medical devices.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the company's systems.
  5. Provide market intelligence by analyzing competitive activity, pricing, and customer trends.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-sale activities to driving utilization and post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of high-capital medical equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a background in medical fields or business administration is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of medical device sales, including regulatory clearance processes.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 per annum.
