About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Excellence Manager to join our Data Services team in the EMEA region. As part of the regional Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for driving the right sales behaviors, enhancing sales capabilities, and aligning regional strategies with global objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and ideally sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of various selling methodologies and the ability to communicate 'value capture' as part of the sales process. They will also be an exceptional presenter and communicator, able to articulate complex concepts clearly, passionately and concisely at all levels, driving understanding and behavior change.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
