About the Regional Sales Manager Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Richmond.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales success through effective leadership and team management.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Utilizing data and market trends to provide weekly updates and advice to clients.
  • Conducting monthly performance reviews with team members to identify training needs and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the above, the Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining all aspects of marketing new and existing properties.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process for their office.
  • Ensuring compliance with service standards and legislation.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing a successful estate agency branch.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
  • Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
  • Full and clean driving license.
