Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SRS Recruitment Solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our company's HVAC product offering and developing new business opportunities in the London and South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively promote our HVAC product offering to end-users, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, building services, and HVAC industries.
  • Generate sales leads and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement.
  • Work closely with our estimating, design, and engineering teams to provide technical advice and support.
  • Presentations and seminars to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Engineering knowledge to HND or degree level.
  • Proven track record of sales success in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
