We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales effectiveness initiatives for Data Services in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the right sales behaviours, enhancing sales capabilities, and aligning regional strategies with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Running our quarterly onboarding program for new starters in EMEA
  • Working closely with local sales managers to co-ordinate, assist and ensure quality execution of our 3C Sales Certification programme
  • Delivering range of 3C Selling plus additional ad-hoc salesperson development programmes
  • Delivering 3C Coaching plus wider Sales Leadership development programmes
  • Managing internal relationships with all EMEA leaders and managers
