Territory Sales Director

About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a designated territory and/or accounts.
Main Objectives:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in new business sales within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the waste management industry and its regulations.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of achieving targets.
