Regional Business Development Leader

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a designated territory and/or accounts.

Main Objectives:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in new business sales within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the waste management industry and its regulations.
  • Proven sales performance with a track record of achieving targets.
