Territory Sales Director

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Director to lead our sales efforts within a designated territory and/or accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new business sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand customer base.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Budget and forecast sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A good understanding of the waste management industry and its regulations.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a focus on new business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
