About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales effectiveness initiatives for Data Services in the EMEA region. As part of the in-region Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for driving the right sales behaviours, enhancing sales capabilities, and aligning regional strategies with global objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Running our quarterly 3C onboarding program for new starters in EMEA
  • Working closely with local sales managers to co-ordinate, assist and ensure quality execution of our 3C Sales Certification programme
  • Delivering our range of 3C Selling plus additional ad-hoc salesperson development programmes
  • Managing internal relationships with all EMEA leaders and managers
  • Working closely with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams
  • Working with selected regional partners in EMEA

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and ideally sales leadership roles
  • Understanding of various selling methodologies
  • Ability to communicate 'value capture' as part of the sales process
  • Proven ability to navigate the steps to achieve successful outcomes
  • Exceptional presenter and communicator
