Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales of our recycling services within a designated territory and/or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure feedstocks are controlled and supply meets required levels, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain PAS 110 digestate compliance and oversee 3rd party digestate contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, monitor trading levels, and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Prepare quotes in line with our pricing strategy and renegotiate terms as necessary.
  • Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and communicate relevant information to the team.
Requirements:
  • A-Level educated minimum.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel when required.
  • Experience in new business sales within a B2B environment and supporting a field sales team.
  • Ability to engage with customers and build strong commercial relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
