Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the IT and technology rental sector for corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and nurturing client relationships.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and identify potential clients through research.
  • Enhance existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients using strong communication and IT skills.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT/Technology Sales: Demonstrated background in selling IT or technology products, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities, especially over the phone, to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Positive Attitude: A fearless approach to challenges, demonstrating resilience and a can-do mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to different situations and client needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of conducting research and gap analysis to identify opportunities for account improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, with a good understanding of technology products and industry trends.
  • Relationship Builder: Focused on developing and maintaining long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and increased spending.
