At CRU International Limited, we are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team in London. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CRU's products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with insights and analysis to support their business decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Domestic and international travel will be required in order to support our global clients.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the B2B or professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
