Job Title: Regional Sales Development Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of existing installations through volume sales of modernisation, transformations, and full replacements. This includes:

  1. Prospecting EI portfolio, new business, dealing with repeat customers, and general enquiries into the business.
  2. Meeting/exceeding company sales targets.
  3. Working with Project Technicians and the Modernisation Design Centre to produce tenders for projects in line with customer requirements.
  4. Liaising with other sales and technical teams to help develop regional and company results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing sales and identifying new business & developing relationships.
  • A strong ability to exceed performance targets and improve on previous performance.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding and applying commercial and financial principles to improve business performance both now and in the future.
